Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, shopping, social establishments, wineries and Apple picking farms and the interstate and local attractions.

1. No roll away cot after I had requested one 2. No extra blankets in the entire hotel ( I asked for one) 3. Bathroom smelled like urine 4. Bathroom floor sticky 5. Seating/eating area looked like a disaster during and after the breakfast hour

i loved that the hotel was reasonably spacious, fantastic with a great service. it had a good location not far from the fabulous shops and restaurants in the historic downtown area, as well as other areas of interest nearby, attractions, including biltmore and chimney rock, and the hampton.

Great place to stay with kids. Very clean, staff was very friendly and the breakfast included in the stay was great!
I'm not sure sure if the hotel recycles but it would be nice to have some sort of recycling available to guests. If not in every room, maybe in the lobby.
